Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. In this case, the full order amount, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded.

Return shipping costs from your home to our return address are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel. Please check your carrier’s website for exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories and – where reasonably possible – in its original state.

To exercise this right, you can contact us at support@aurberry.com. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been received in good condition.
