What is the delivery time for my order?
When you place an order with Maison Aurberry, the delivery time may be different from what you’re used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can significantly reduce warehousing and shipping costs. This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 5 to 12 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to high demand for our products, your order may arrive slightly later than expected. Thank you for your understanding.
If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at support@aurberyy.com. We’ll look into what happened with your parcel.
I want to exchange or return my order – how do I do that?
To return an item, please contact our customer service team at support@aurberry.com.
Include your name, order number (e.g. #0000 from your confirmation email), and the reason for your return.
We’ll then provide the return address and confirm the process. You can return the product via the courier of your choice.
How much does it cost to return an item?
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. The price depends on the courier you choose.

What are the return conditions?
You can return items within 14 days. The return period starts from the day you receive your order.
Returns are accepted only if:
● The return period has not expired;
● The product is in its original packaging with all tags intact;
● The product has not been used.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept iDeal, Bancontact, credit cards, and Klarna.

What should I do if I didn’t receive an order confirmation?
That shouldn't happen. Please email your full name and email address to support@aurberry.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Can I cancel my order?
If you'd like to cancel your order for any reason, please email support@aurberry.com as soon as possible.
Include your name, order number (e.g. #0000), and the reason for cancellation — we’ll be happy to help.
